    Abstract:

    The development of MOS Resistor Array Dynamic Infrared Scene Projectors (DIRSP) is presented in this paper. The main parameters, such as true temperature, equivalent blackbody radiation temperature, temperature range, temperature resolution, crosstalk, non-uniformity and frame rate, for characterizing DIRSP are studied. Some suggested test methods for some important parameters are mentioned especially and the necessary knowledge for further research of DIRSP are provided.
