Abstract:
This paper summarizcs the development of fruit indust advance in the stndy of NIR nondestrnctive detection technology for detecting the quality of fruits and analyses the existent problems in research nowadays.At last, the prospdct of NIR technology in nondestrnctivc detection of the quality of fruits is given and some suggestions are provided.
