Abstract:A ROIC design for a uncooled IRFPA that containing a Capacitor Feedback Transimpedance Amplifier (CTIA) and a Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) structure is put forward.A test bench is established to test,process and analyze the data of the ROIC of the small scale IRFPA fabricated by our laboratory.The bench is consisted of 4 modules:the module of infrared source and IRFPA,the module of control, the module of ROIC driver and the module for amplifying, acquiring and processing signals. It is found that all experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical values.
