This paper describes the hardware design and implementation of an scene generator with high frame frequency. A systematic structure of "the high-performance PC+PCI expands the card" is established and the systematic hardware functions are divided. The experimental results of the system have demonstrated that it has high performance for use. This design is rational and flexible can be competent at more functions.
