The alignment requirement is a key problem in Fourier Transform Spectrometer (FTS) because of the temperature variation and shaking. Based on the adaptive optics theory,a precise alignment method is given in the paper. The varieties of misalignment are analyzed and the alignment plan is given. Also, the feasibility is analyzed.
