中文摘要:文章聚焦于红外光谱技术在毒品检测领域的研究和应用现状,主要介绍傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱技术用于毒品定性分析和混合毒品分类分析,以及近红外光谱技术用于毒品定量和溯源分析的情况。红外光谱凭借自身准确、简便、快速、实用的特点,与化学计量学的多种算法进行有效结合,可进一步为毒品的判断、分类、溯源提供量化的指标。随着与机器学习、神经网络等人工智能技术的进一步融合,红外光谱技术将在未来的毒品实验室分析和现场快速检测中发挥巨大作用。

Research Progress in Drug Detection Based on Infrared Spectroscopy
Abstract:This article focuses on the research and application of infrared spectroscopy technology in the field of drug detection, mainly introduces the application of Fourier transform attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy technology in the qualitative analysis of drugs and the classification analysis of mixed drugs, as well as the application of near-infrared spectroscopy technology in the quantitative and traceable analysis of drugs. By virtue of its accurate, simple, fast and practical characteristics, infrared spectroscopy can be effectively combined with various algorithms of chemometrics to further provide quantitative indicators for the judgment, classification and traceability of drugs. With the further integration of artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning and neural network, infrared spectroscopy technology will play a huge role in the future drug laboratory analysis and on-site rapid detection.
