利用NETD和探测器测试数据计算红外成像系统噪声等效带宽

中文摘要:因为涉及参数较多,红外成像系统的噪声等效带宽 有时不易计算或确定。 与噪声等效温差(NETD)有关。利用NETD的理论公式以及探测器的测试结果,例如相对光谱响应、黑体探测率等,可以导出一个新的 表达式,其中的光谱积分项容易利用MATLAB提供的样条函数命令做数值积分求解。该表达式可用作噪声等效带宽 的一种间接测试方法。

Computation of Noise Equivalent Bandpass of Infrared Imaging System with NETD and Test Data of Detector
Abstract:Sometimes it is not easy to compute or determine the noise equivalent bandpass of infrared imaging system because a number of parameters involved. is related with the noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD) of the system. An new expression of can be derived from NETD theoretical formula and test data of detector such as relative spectral response, blackbody detectivity and et al, in which the spectral integration can be solved easily by doing numerical integration with spline function commands provided in MATLAB. This expression may be used as an indirect testing method of noise equivalent bandpass .
