非制冷红外焦平面噪声分析与非均匀性校正研究

中文摘要:非制冷红外焦平面阵列探测器具备体积小、无需制冷的优点,具有广泛的应用前景。然而非均匀性问题一直是制约其应用的根本原因,也是目前红外热成像研究的热点。论文通过分析实际的红外图像噪声特性,从图像恢复的角度,提出非均匀性校正的具体方案,并比较这两种图像恢复方案的实际效果,最后指出红外图像非均匀性校正算法研究和发展的可能方向。

Research on Noises and Non-uniformity Correction for Un-cooled Infrared Focal Plane Array
Abstract:Un-cooled infrared focal plane array detector with the advantages of small size and non-refrigeration has a broad application prospect. However, non-uniformity issue has always been the fundamental reason that constraint its applications, and is also the current study hotspot of infrared thermal imaging. By analyzing the actual infrared image noise characteristics, this paper proposed the specific non-uniformity correction methods of infrared image from the aspect of image restoration, and compared the actual restoration effects from two different image restoration methods. Finally, pointed out the possible research and development directions for non-uniformity correction algorithm of infrared image.
