中文摘要:双波段红外焦平面探测器作为未来发展趋势之一,在越来越多场景下得到应用。本文针对中长波双波段红外焦平面探测器的驱动电路进行设计,提出了双模式驱动电路、独立动态范围调整电路、低模拟信号调理电路、双衬底切换电路、电源驱动电路和分布式积分的设计方法。该驱动电路能够对红外焦平面探测器敏感元输出的模拟信号进行有效变换,同时给红外焦平面探测器提供所需的偏置电压和驱动时序。本文所设计的中长波双波段红外焦平面探测器驱动电路,中波和长波图像融合后成像效果良好。 |

Design of Driving Circuits of Middle and Long Wave Dual-band Infrared Focal Plane Detector |

Abstract:As one of the future development trends, dual-band infrared focal plane detectors are being applied in an increasing number of scenarios. This article focuses on the design of a driving circuit for the middle and long wave dual-band infrared focal plane detector, and proposes design methods for dual-mode driving circuit, independent dynamic range adjustment circuit, small analog signal conditioning circuit, dual-substrate switching circuit, power driving circuit, and distributed integration. This driving circuit can effectively transform the analog signal output from the sensitive element of the infrared focal plane detector, while providing the required bias voltage and driving timing for the infrared focal plane detector. The driving circuit of the middle and long wave dual-band infrared focal plane detector designed in this article achieves good imaging results after the fusion of middle wave and long wave images. |
