Abstract:The failure force of magnetic steel fixing is higher than 10 kN, which will reduce the risk of magnet falling off. Therefore, the failure force of linear motor magnet of Stirling cryocooler under different fixing methods is studied experimentally. The test results show that in the case of pure adhesive or pure welding, the maximum destructive power of full adhesive and welding 1 circle is close to about 6kN, and there is a risk of magnetic steel falling off. Under the combination of the two methods, the destructive power of full glue and 6-point welding is 11.18kN, which meets the requirements of magnetic steel fixation, and the destructive power of welding 1 circle reaches 17.02kN, greatly increasing the reliability. The simulation data is close to the experimental results, which proves that under the condition of full glue coating, the lowest welding condition to avoid magnetic steel falling off is 6-point welding. If the welding is lower than 6-point, there is the risk of magnetic steel falling off, resulting in abnormal noise of refrigerator cylinder collision. The results provide a reference for the reliability design of the new refrigerator. |
