多谱段红外探测器组件的光学工程化设计

中文摘要:在多谱段红外探测器设计中,多谱段滤光片是实现焦平面集成分光的关键器件,其谱段拼缝越宽、贴装位置距离探测器越远,组件响应度非均匀性越差、谱段间串扰越大。本文基于某6谱段512×3×6组件开展研究,通过光线模拟计算,提出多谱段滤光片参数和探测器尺寸的设计方法;基于光线模拟计算逻辑设计一套计算程序,可迭代计算、优化上述参数;提出滤光片贴装工艺方法;为后续相似组件的光学设计提供了有益的解决方案。本文设计的多谱段红外探测器滤光片拼缝宽度30μm、厚度0.6mm,距离探测器0.9cm;探测器像元尺寸40μm×40μm,中心间距900μm;组件完成制备验证,降温时间6’56’’,6谱段响应率非均匀性:10.9%、12.5%、11.8%、11.9%、12.3%、10.9%,相邻谱段间无串扰。

Optical Engineering Design Of Multi-spectral Infrared Detector Components
Abstract:In the design of multi-spectrum infrared detector, multispectral filter is the key device to realize the focal plane integrated spectroscopy. The wider the spectrum splitter and the farther the mounting position is from the detector, the worse the component response non-uniformity and the greater the crosstalk between the spectrum segments. This paper based on 6-spectrum 512×3×6 detector, the design method of multispectral filter parameters and detector size is proposed through light simulation calculation. A set of calculation program is designed based on the light simulation calculation logic to iteratively calculate and optimize the above parameters. The technology of filter mounting is proposed. It provides a useful solution for the optical design of similar components. The splicing width of the multispectral infrared detector filter designed in this paper is 30μm, the thickness is 0.6mm, and the distance from the detector is 0.9cm. The pixel size of the detector is 40μm×40μm, and the center spacing is 900μm. The components were prepared and verified, the cooling time was 6’56’’, and the response rate of the 6 spectrum was non-uniform: 10.9%, 12.5%, 16.8%, 11.9%, 12.3%, 10.9%. No crosstalk between adjacent spectral segments.
